      水下采油设施下放是海上油气工程开发中的重要环节。经过长期发展,人们已研究出多种下放方法,但如何优选恰当的下放方法是尚待解决的问题。考虑海洋环境中可供数据源的复杂性、不确定性与不完整性,多目标、主客观要素并重是优选方法设计的重要准则。针对水下下放方法优选特点,建立对应评价指标体系。考虑评价指标体系多目标优选决策的特点,提出多目标非均一化灰色关联度模型;为更好地体现主客观要素并重并辩证表达决策者的主客观偏好,在非均一化处理中,运用回归原理与靶向偏差评价思想,提出变系数主客观权值修正模型。最后结合具体案例验证模型的可行性与有效性。结果表明,模型能够满足优选对象要求,对类似多目标主客观评价优选模型的建立具有一定借鉴意义。

      Lowering and installation of subsea production facilities is an important part of the development of offshore oil and gas projects. After a long period of development, various lowering and installation methods have been developed. However, how to optimize and choose one suitable lowering and installation method is a problem that remains to be solved. Considering the complexity, uncertainty and incompleteness of evaluation data in marine environment, multi objective and balancing subjective and objective factors are the main targets in establishing the optimal decision-making model. Therefore, a non-homogeneous grey relational model is proposed. Firstly, aiming at the characteristics of the underwater lowering method's optimal decision-making model, a corresponding evaluation index system is established. Then, according to the unique characteristics of multi-objective optimal decision-making system, a multi-objective non-uniformity grey relational degree model is proposed. In order to reflect the subjective and objective factors and to dialectically express the subjective and objective preferences of decision makers, within the newly established multi-objective non-uniformity grey relational degree model, a modified model of variable and objective principle and objective weights is proposed, based on the idea of regression principle and targeted deviation evaluation. Later, the feasibility and effectiveness of the whole model are verified with a specific case. The results show that the non-homogeneous gray relational model could agree well with the request of the optimal decision making model applyed to such complex conditions. And this model could be used in solving related decision problems considering subjective and objective factors.
